ApexBuild Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Part-Time QA Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on manual testing, creating test cases, and reporting defects.

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, and the flexible 20-hour weekly schedule is suitable for students and those seeking supplementary income. The ideal candidate will have a degree or be pursuing studies in Computer Science, familiarity with SDLC and Agile, and solid communication skills to collaborate

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or currently pursuing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct manual testing of software products, identifying and reporting bugs or issues.
• Create and execute test cases and scripts to thoroughly test all aspects of the software.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Document test results and track defects using project management tools.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in testing methodologies.
