PrimeLedger Associates in Funchal, Madeira, seeks a part-time Preservation Architect to work on restoring historic buildings. The role covers site surveys, creating preservation plans, and overseeing preservation work to ensure adherence to regulations.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies; you should have a architecture degree and at least 3 years in preservation, plus fluency in English with Portuguese a plus. Visa sponsorship is provided.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team in Funchal As a part-time architect you will work on a variety of projects related to preserving historical buildings and structures You will be responsible for conducting site surveys creating preservation plans and overseeing preservation work The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience in preservation work This is a part-time position with flexible hours perfect for someone looking for additional income or seeking a better work-life balance Visa and ticket expenses will be covered by the company Salary $1300 per month based on 20 hours per week
