SafeBox in Faro seeks a responsible, caring part-time babysitter to join the family. The role offers flexible hours based on a 20-hour work week, focusing on attentive child care and safe, engaging activities for our child/children.

Ideal candidates have prior childcare experience, knowledge of child development, and possibly first aid/CPR certification. English fluency is essential; Portuguese language skills are a bonus. Legal work authorization in Portugal is required.

Formación

• Previous experience with childcare (babysitting, nanny, daycare).
• Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a bonus).
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive and loving care for our child/children
• Engage in age-appropriate activities and playtime
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the child/children at all times
• Light housekeeping related to the child/children's care (e.g. cleaning up after meals, tidying toys)
