You will handle plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry as needed, inspect equipment, ensure safety, manage supplies, and communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide practical solutions.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Availability to work part-time hours on an urgent basis.

Responsabilidades

• Complete various maintenance and repair tasks as assigned, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with equipment or appliances.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
