Qualifications

• Physically fit with good manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
• Layout and measure formwork materials accurately according to engineering drawings.
• Construct and install formwork structures using wood, metal, and plastic.
• Ensure formwork is braced and supported to withstand wet concrete.
• Monitor placement of reinforcement bars within the formwork.
• Remove formwork after curing and inspect for defects.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in formwork.
