We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Excavator Operator to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials to prepare construction sites, maintain roads and drainage systems, and complete various other projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator according to safety standards and procedures
• Excavate and move materials such as soil, sand, gravel, and rock
• Load/unload trucks and move materials around job site
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to operate various attachments including buckets, hammers, grapples, etc.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
