We are in search of a skilled and experienced Part-time Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in our company based in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work on a part-time basis, with flexibility in their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Supervise construction team members, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations
• Procure necessary materials, equipment, and labor for each project
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, changes, and concerns
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
