ConFlip in Almada, Portugal is seeking a Part-Time Architecture Manager to oversee the architectural design process across multiple projects. You will lead a team of architects and designers, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in architecture, a degree in architecture, strong leadership and communication skills, and proven ability to manage several projects concurrently.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, and construction methods.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Ability to work part-time hours (20 - 25 hours per week).
