  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de busca paga para impulsionar a demanda e o crescimento dos negócios.
  • Gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de busca paga em plataformas como Google Ads, Meta e Bing.
  • Monitorar e analisar dados de campanha para descobrir tendências, insights e oportunidades de melhoria.

Our client is a leading travel-tech company that makes road trips easy and accessible. Operating across Europe and beyond, they offer flexible campervan rentals and subscriptions, helping people explore the world freely and comfortably.

They’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to develop and manage in-house paid search strategies focused on acquiring users and driving growth. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns primarily on Google Ads, as well as Meta and Bing, analysing performance data and optimising results to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search Strategy: Develop and implement paid search strategies to drive demand and business growth.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Bing to maximise performance.
  • Cost Optimisation: Optimise cost while maintaining quality and achieving revenue targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage large paid search budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and achievement of financial targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report key paid search metrics, including nights offered, cost per night sold, and cost of sales, to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align paid search strategies with broader business objectives through collaboration with other teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline and enhance paid search activities.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective paid search strategies.
What You Bring:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in analytical or data-driven fields such as Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Proven experience in paid search and digital advertising, managing large B2C budgets.
  • Tools & Expertise: Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, and platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Bing. Strong understanding of paid search strategies, best practices, and campaign management.
  • Skills: Highly analytical and comfortable working fully in-house without agencies.
  • Communication & Language: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
