H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Packaging Sourcing EIMEA Intern to support packaging data management and supplier engagement for PPWR requirements. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data and documentation in company systems.

The intern will collect supplier data, request Declarations of Conformity, verify data quality, and assist with Excel/Power BI reporting while collaborating with the EIMEA Packaging Sourcing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Collect packaging data from suppliers per PPWR requirements.
• Request and maintain supplier Declarations of Conformity.
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update packaging information databases.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Track supplier responses and documentation status.
• Respond to stakeholder and supplier inquiries related to packaging compliance.
• Support the EIMEA Packaging Sourcing team with data analysis and administrative tasks.
