A PrimeIT procura um Engenheiro de Packaging de Aplicações para integrar equipas de TI em Porto. Irá empacotar, validar e entregar pacotes para Windows 10/11 e Windows Server, incluindo testes de aceitação.

Requisitos: grau em Ciência da Computação ou similar, 2–3 anos na área, PowerShell avançado, MECM/Intune/PSADT, ServiceNow e inglês mínimo B2. Oferece oportunidades de desenvolvimento e benefícios competitivos.

Qualificações

• Grau em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada (preferencial).
• 2–3 anos de experiência numa função similar de Application Packaging.
• Fortes competências em PowerShell.
• Experiência com MECM/Intune/PSADT e ServiceNow.
• Bom nível de inglês (mínimo B2).
• Boas competências de comunicação, organização e resolução de problemas.
• Capacidade de gerir prioridades e trabalhar autonomamente em ritmo acelerado.

Responsabilidades

• Empacotar aplicações para Windows 10/11 e Windows Server, assegurando compatibilidade e qualidade.
• Validar prerequisitos e colaborar com gerentes de produto/ aplicação ao longo do ciclo de packaging.
• Criar pacotes silenciosos e interativos e realizar testes de aceitação (UAT).
• Fornecer suporte técnico em todas as fases de packaging, incluindo qualificação e produção.
• Contribuir para manutenção, conformidade e melhoria contínua dos pacotes.
• Promover automação de packaging com soluções modernas de deployment e mindset DevOps.
• Automatizar processos de entrega de packaging e simplificar tarefas administrativas.
• Participar em iniciativas de modernização e convergência para melhorar deployments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Package and integrate Windows applications for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments, ensuring compatibility, compliance, and quality standards.
• Receive application packaging requests, validate prerequisites, and collaborate closely with product and application managers throughout the packaging lifecycle.
• Build silent and interactive installation packages, performing installation and validation testing before delivering them for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide technical support across all packaging stages, including qualification, pilot, and production environments.
• Contribute to the maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement of application packages.
• Promote packaging automation by implementing modern deployment solutions and adopting a DevOps mindset.
• Automate and orchestrate packaging delivery processes, streamlining administrative and operational tasks.
• Participate in modernization and convergence initiatives, helping improve application deployment, management, and software delivery practices.
• Support the implementation of DevOps practices to automate application build and deployment processes, increasing reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance a modern, user-friendly application store while continuously improving packaging processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Application Packaging or Packaging Engineer role.
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting.
• Solid experience with Windows desktop environments and Windows Server.
• Good knowledge of Windows Installer (MSI) technology.
• Experience with application packaging tools such as MECM, Intune, and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Good level of English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively within a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Knowledge of application deployment automation and orchestration.
• Experience with modern Windows management technologies.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software distribution best practices.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and continuous optimization.
• Client-oriented approach with strong adaptability and willingness to learn.

Pacote Salarial & Benefits:
