emagine in Lisbon is seeking a mid-level OutSystems Developer to join a support and evolutive development team. You will own a production application, fix issues quickly, and ship enhancements that improve the platform over time.

You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams, balancing incident response with planned development while ensuring both receive attention. Two to four years of OutSystems experience and strong SLAs grounding your work are expected.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years OutSystems development experience (Reactive and/or Traditional Web apps).
• Live applications support experience: triaging incidents under SLAs.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and bugs in existing OutSystems applications, keeping downtime and business impact to a minimum.
• Design and build new features and enhancements (evolutive development) based on business requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and propose fixes that prevent them from coming back.
• Monitor application performance and health, and act on issues before they become incidents.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, including architecture notes and support runbooks.
• Participate in code reviews and apply OutSystems best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Manage integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, third-party services).
• Work within SLA-driven support processes, prioritising tickets by severity and business impact.
• Collaborate with product owners and the wider delivery team on sprint planning and backlog refinement.
