Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking an Operations Analyst – OTC Derivatives & Pricing in Lisbon. You will perform pricing for exotic derivatives and ensure smooth daily production flows with reliable processes.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset. You will report to management and coordinate with Front Office and Permanent Control teams.

Qualifications

• Pricing activities for exotic derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives and swap lifecycle.
• Daily controls to minimize operational risk and fraud.

Responsibilities

• Perform pricing activities for exotic derivatives.
• Ensure smooth daily production flows and reliable operational processes.
• Perform regular controls to minimize operational and fraud risks.
• Identify and escalate issues to management, Front Office and Permanent Control teams.
• Help minimize financial, reputational, regulatory and legal risks.
• Liaise with relevant teams to report operational issues and support resolution.
