A global healthcare company is seeking an Order to Cash Specialist to manage end-to-end processes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 3 years of OtC experience. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are essential. Experience with SAP R/3 is required. This role supports compliance with accounting standards and fosters collaboration with stakeholders.
The Order to Cash (OtC) Specialist will work with a team of around 10 professional OtC colleagues in the Center delivering and managing end-to-end OtC processes. The OtC Specialist will work daily with our global BPO partner who executes OtC Transactional services for Organon in all our global regions. The Specialist will operate in a selection of OtC process areas from Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections & Accounts Receivables / Cash Applications, Revenue Recognition and Gross to Net activities. Experience in as many of these OtC processes as possible is valuable. The Specialist will also operationally support Customer master data.
The Specialist will contribute to ensuring all OtC processes and transactions comply with accounting standards, policies, SOX and statutory requirements, providing inputs to the global process owner group for operational opportunities for process and control design, as well as customer experience. The OtC Service Center team will be organized regionally, so the Specialist will be working within a regional scope. In addition to delivering OtC operations for their region, the Specialist will oversee service delivery from the BPO partner and will work collaboratively with Organon Customers and Organon Markets to understand customer needs and business dynamics.
