Air Liquide invites you to join ALEBS Evolution, a growing global procurement hub driving efficiency through RPA and Generative AI.

As an entry-level procurement analyst in Lisbon, you will support urgent needs, analyze offers, monitor turnaround times, and help design and optimize Spot Buy processes while ensuring compliance and value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree + experience or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, Accountability
• 0-1 year of experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and take actions to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order
• Monitor and take actions to generate the savings by comparing price with the baseline
• Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to guidelines
• Define and optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs)
• Conduct periodic activity meetings with leadership on spot buys reduction opportunities
• Report savings and service levels to the Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Swiftly and efficiently fulfill urgent procurement needs, leveraging sourcing expertise to secure the best value and quality while maintaining compliance and responsiveness to the dynamic demands of our organization.

• Monitor and take actions to achieve Turnaround Time from procurement representative to purchase order (PR analysis, RFQ preparation, Review Offers)
• Monitor and take actions to generate the savings: compare the price obtained with the pre-defined baseline
• Design and approve a Spot Buy process (SOPs) according to the guidelines (e.g. Category Cards available in EPIC) strategies and instructions given by the category managers / country buyers
• Define and continuously optimize the Spot Buy Process (SOPs)
• Perform period activity meetings with Tactical Procurement Director and with Category Managers / Country buyers on spot buys reduction opportunities
• Report savings performed and Service Levels achieved to Spot Buy & Requisitioning Manager.
