Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to design, automate, and scale FinCrime workflows that protect customers worldwide. You will build end-to-end systems from scratch, driving initiatives across markets and collaborating with Engineering to ensure scalable, compliant operations.

With 2+ years in a fast-paced FinCrime setting and strong SQL/Python skills, you will own complex projects from insight to execution, thrive in ambiguity, and communicate fluently in English.

Role Overview

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting‑edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to build high‑stakes FinCrime systems from zero to one. You’ll be designing, automating, and scaling workflows that protect our global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Building complex FinCrime systems from the ground up
• Eliminating manual friction with end‑to‑end automated solutions
• Driving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets
• Taking full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global execution
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment
• A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Expertise in developing scalable processes
• A solid track record of leading complex, high‑stakes projects end to end
• The ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed
• Fluency in English
