Job summary

Nutreco in Portugal, near Aveiro, invites recent graduates to join the Operations Graduate programme in Ovar. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse and supply chain, and contribute to operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

This one-year contract offers exposure to end-to-end processes, collaboration across Operations and Supply Chain, and opportunities to develop in systems, data analysis and continuous improvement while supporting a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates who are passionate about operations and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
• Support warehouse, inventory and transportation activities.
• Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to projects focused on efficiency, service and sustainability.

What You'll Do
