Testo SE & Co. KGaA, Albergaria-a-Velha, is seeking an Operational Buyer to strengthen its Portugal purchasing team. You will ensure material availability, manage supplier relationships and support procurement processes in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities include RFQs, PO processing, supplier coordination, and master data management in SAP S/4HANA, with strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with global teams in an international setting and contribute to risk mitigation

Qualificações

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Up to 2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and strong MS Excel.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven with ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
• Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Availability Assurance: Ensure continuous availability of required materials and components for production.
• Operational Procurement Processing: RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, order follow-up, delivery monitoring.
• Supplier Coordination & Second Source Management: Coordinate suppliers, support second-source initiatives, mitigate delivery deviations.
• Indirect Material Procurement: Procure indirect materials necessary for operations.
• ERP & Master Data Management: Maintain purchasing-related master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Supplier Performance Support: Assist supplier evaluations on delivery and quality.

In this role, you will ensure the availability of materials, manage supplier relationships, and support procurement processes in a dynamic international environment.

• Indirect Material Procurement: Procure indirect materials necessary for operations and services.

• Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and international teams.
• Supplier Performance Support: Support supplier evaluations regarding delivery performance, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

Your ProfileEducation:

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Up to 2 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Technical Know-how: Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Working Style: Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and reliable mindset in an international environment.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
