Samlino Group is seeking an Operating Principal to lead cross-market initiatives from our Lisbon base. You will own projects end-to-end, drive ambitious plans, and collaborate with teams across three markets. The role rewards initiative, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll partner with international peers and founders to scale operations, while traveling and learning from multiple markets to accelerate growth and impact.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Start date and Travel

This role will cover all threemarkets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
