Samlino Group seeks an Operating Principal to shape growth across its three markets from Lisbon, with regular travel to partner locations. You will own major initiatives, drive strategic plans, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver tangible results.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies

Start date and Travel

Flexible start date.

This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
