Job summary

Samlino Group is seeking an Operating Principal to drive growth across three markets from its base in Lisbon. You will own strategic projects, coach diverse teams, and collaborate with founders to shape the company’s trajectory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and an EU work permit are required.
• Industry experience is not required, but candidate must demonstrate strong initiative and adaptability.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Start date and Travel

Flexible start date.

This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
