A leading cloud and AI services company in Portugal is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and evolve OpenStack-based private clouds. Key responsibilities include infrastructure automation, troubleshooting across various domains including Linux and storage systems, and improving observability and reliability. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong Linux skills, and be comfortable communicating in English. Qualificações

• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Strong Linux systems administration skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operation and evolution of OpenStack-based private clouds.
• Automate infrastructure work.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Linux, virtualization, storage, and networking.

Conhecimentos

Experience with OpenStack in production

Linux systems administration

Infrastructure automation with Ansible

Networking basics

Virtualization (KVM or similar)

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Storage systems (Ceph, NFS, iSCSI)

Communication in English
