Decskill seeks an experienced OpenShift Platform Administrator/Engineer to manage and optimize our Red Hat OpenShift environment across on-premises and cloud deployments. You will ensure availability, security, scalability, and efficient operation of containerized applications.

You will lead upgrades, implement CI/CD automation with GitOps practices, and collaborate with dev and ops teams to improve reliability and scale across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain OpenShift clusters across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, resilience, and capacity.
• Manage resources (compute, networking, storage) within OpenShift.
• Plan and support OpenShift upgrades and maintenance.
• Automate operations through CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
