Capgemini Engineering seeks a capable Linux/OpenShift administrator to own the platform's availability, security and evolution in a hybrid enterprise setting. You will manage OpenShift clusters, monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, and drive CI/CD/GitOps adoption with IaC practices.

The role demands hands-on OpenShift expertise, Kubernetes knowledge, Python scripting, and a proactive mindset to resolve incidents and optimize operations across cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of Linux system administration experience with OpenShift as the core requirement.
• Hands-on Kubernetes knowledge and container orchestration experience in production.
• Experience with observability tools, dashboards, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting/automation with Python; Bash and YAML are valued.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC practices; proactive problem solving.
• Knowledge of Trilio backup/recovery for OpenShift is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and operate Red Hat OpenShift platform, ensuring availability, security, and scalability.
• Manage compute, network, and storage; apply updates, patches, and hardening.
• Monitor platform health with Prometheus/Grafana; optimize proactively.
• Support DevOps adoption with CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC practices.
• Troubleshoot incidents and automate operations with Python, Bash, and YAML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on platform best practices.
