Major Roles and Responsibilities

- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Menu Planning & Development: Collaborate with chefs to design menus that appeal to customers and optimize food costs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve complaints.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Negotiate with suppliers and maintain good relationships for quality products.
- Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute marketing initiatives and special events to boost sales.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare operational reports and maintain records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
