Prepare Continental Dishes
Cook European-style cuisines such as Italian, French, Spanish, and Mediterranean dishes.
Food Preparation
Chop, marinate, and pre-cook ingredients as per recipe requirements.
Grill, Bake & Saut Techniques
Use various cooking methods such as grilling meats, baking breads/pastries, and sauting vegetables.
Sauce & Stock Preparation
Prepare classic continental sauces and stocks (e.g., bchamel, demi-glace).
Maintain Hygiene Standards
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations in the kitchen at all times.
Garnishing & Presentation
Ensure dishes are attractively plated and garnished before serving.
Inventory Management
Check stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Support Sous Chef/Head Chef
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and new dish trials.
Manage Cooking Stations
Oversee assigned kitchen section (e.g., grill, salad, pastry) efficiently.
Work Under Pressure
Handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed.
