A Adecco Group procura um Onsite Consultant para reforçar a equipa interna em Sintra e Parque das Nações, gerindo processos de recrutamento, acompanhando clientes e candidatos, e assegurando a qualidade do serviço. Responsável pela atualização de base de dados, entrevistas, avaliação de competências, e cumprimento de requisitos legais, com foco no cliente e na eficiência operacional.

Qualifications

• Experiência em recrutamento e seleção.
• Ótima capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes.
• Capacidade de gestão de prioridades e organização.

Responsibilities

• Gestão e atualização de base de dados de candidatos.
• Realização de entrevistas e avaliação de competências.
• Gestão de pedidos de recrutamento.
• Acompanhamento do cliente e colaboradores.
• Suporte a processos administrativos e operacionais.
• Garantia do cumprimento de procedimentos e requisitos legais.
• Gestão de arquivo e organização da informação.
