Merck Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Digital Promotion Lead, Oncology, to drive the digital evolution of our oncology portfolio. You will lead omnichannel excellence, design digital-first experiences for HCPs and patients, and pivot with data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

You will lead a cross-functional team, explore AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate across functions to accelerate adoption of innovative digital solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven leadership developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable plans.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing and personalized engagement.
