A technology services company located in Porto is looking for an IP L3 Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will monitor network infrastructure, perform maintenance, and provide support, requiring expertise in TCP/IP networks and Huawei equipment. This is a full-time position demanding on-site presence and occasional night shifts. An advanced level of English is necessary, and knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

• Supervise network infrastructure and critical systems.
• Monitor services and network links.
• Log and follow up on incidents and alerts.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Provide first- and second-level support.
• Assist with technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with local and global support teams.
