Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced On-site HSE Advisor to promote high safety standards on wind energy projects in Rotterdam. You will support site management, lead HSEQ initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate inductions while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience as HSE Advisor/Officer in wind energy, construction, or heavy engineering environments.
• Knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ability to review and implement safe systems of work and HSE procedures.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Site Management in implementing the HSEQ Plan and ensuring suitable and sufficient work methods are in place.
• Implement and monitor site HSE procedures and ensure compliance by all personnel.
• Conduct and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements before project start and during execution.
• Ensure personnel read, understand and sign relevant documents before work.
• Deliver site inductions and communicate site-specific HSE requirements.
• Conduct HSE inspections and audits, and prepare improvement reports.
• Support investigation of accidents and near misses and document findings and actions.
• Monitor, report and follow up on incidents and near misses.
• Coordinate, inspect, and monitor HSE conditions throughout the project.
• Review hazardous substances and ensure COSHH assessments and MSDS are maintained.
• Promote proactive safety culture and provide HSE guidance to teams.
