Muehlhan Wind Service, based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking an On-site HSE Advisor to promote Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance on site and ensure compliance with procedures and legislation. This role supports Site Management in implementing the HSEQ plan and provides practical guidance to teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualificações

• Requires experience as HSE Advisor or similar in wind energy or heavy engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws and best practices.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Support Site Management in implementing the HSEQ Plan and ensuring safe work methods.
• Monitor site HSE procedures and ensure compliance by all personnel.
• Conduct and review risk assessments and method statements before and during projects.
• Ensure personnel read and sign risk assessments and MSDS before work.
• Deliver site inductions and communicate site HSE requirements.
