Jolera Portugal is seeking a Systems GIRC Analyst to be the frontline defender of our clients’ IT infrastructures. This in-office role focuses on monitoring, triaging, and responding to networking, systems, and security incidents with a commitment to service excellence.

You'll work with SIEMs, EDR/XDR tools, firewalls, and backup platforms, ensuring alerts are resolved within internal SLAs while delivering top‑grade customer support and collaborating with the team to improve processes.

Qualificações

• Technical training in IT with CET/CTESP equivalent.
• Certifications in Networking, Windows Server, Backup, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
• Equivalent experience in similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts from endpoint protection, firewalls, and SIEM tools.
• Analyze and triage security alerts to determine root cause.
• Monitor network devices for health and connectivity.
• Respond to alerts related to link failures, high latency, and unusual outbound traffic.
• Monitor server uptime and performance.
• Follow up and expand issues within internal SLAs.
• Deliver high standard customer service and inform stakeholders.
