Accenture is seeking an Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) Analyst to enhance AML and compliance for corporate clients in Portugal. The role focuses on reassessing risk profiles, validating legitimate operations, and detecting evolving financial-crime risks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing ODD/EDD/KYB reviews for corporate clients within European financial institutions and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

Minimum 1 year of experience in ODD, EDD, or KYB reviews within financial services.
Strong AML frameworks, sanctions compliance, PEP identification, and corporate risk assessment processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Conduct periodic and trigger-based ODD reviews for business clients, ensuring KYB data and ownership structures are up to date.
Analyze operations, ownership structures, and risk indicators to detect ML, fraud, sanctions, or reputational risks.
Perform PEP and Sanctions screening for corporate entities, UBOs, directors, and related parties using internal tools.
Identify and escalate sanctions matches, PEP hits, and adverse media per internal procedures.
Conduct thorough research using public sources and internal databases to detect red flags.
Update and validate KYB documentation to meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
Produce clear ODD reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Maintain complete audit trails of investigations and decision-making rationale.
Collaborate with Compliance, Sanctions, QA, and Risk teams to align with policies.
