Role: Observability & AI Monitoring Engineer
Location: Remote, Europe
Required skills
  • 5+ years in Site Reliability/Platform/Observability engineering operating production systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with metrics + dashboarding (e.g., Prometheus‑compatible stacks and Grafana or equivalent).
  • Practical OpenTelemetry experience (logs/metrics/traces) including collector pipelines and sampling strategies.
  • Proficiency in at least one systems language or scripting language (e.g., Go, Python, C#, or similar) and strong Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience defining SLIs/SLOs, building low‑noise alerting, and running an on‑call rotation.
  • Ability to design data models for telemetry and drive adoption across multiple teams.
