Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Content Moderator in Bulgaria to join our partner's team. You will review Norwegian content, enforce community guidelines, and help keep platforms safe and engaging.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• EU passport is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of quality while moderating Norwegian-language posts, comments and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address emerging trends in social media safety and user experience.
• Investigate reports of policy violations, ensuring swift and accurate decision-making to protect the digital community.
• Document and report recurrent issues to internal stakeholders to improve moderation workflows.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on platform policies.
• Uphold the brand reputation by maintaining a professional and unbiased approach to content oversight.
