Mercier Consultancy Group in Bulgaria is seeking a French Speaking Content Moderator to ensure the safety and quality of our social platforms. The role requires high accuracy in reviewing user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a multilingual, international office in Sofia, with relocation support, training, and a performance-based bonus. Native or fluent French is essential, as is strong English and attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• EU passport valid for employment in Bulgaria.
• Strong English proficiency for an international office environment.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain objectivity in a fast-paced moderation setting.
• Previous moderation or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to platform safety and community standards.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Analyze and flag content violating safety policies, including hate speech and harassment.
• Maintain high accuracy when processing large volumes of daily reports.
