Job Title: Content Moderation
About the Role: We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. This role involves the critical responsibility of reviewing online advertisements within a streaming service platform and removing inappropriate content to ensure compliance with local legislation and project guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Review and Moderate: Examine advertisements to ensure they are appropriate for the target audience.
- Content Management: Remove ads that do not align with local legislation, such as content targeting underage users.
- Continuous Improvement: Work towards enhancing the users content experience and contribute to the services moderation guidelines.
Schedule
24/7 Availability: Work in rotational shifts changing on a monthly basis.
- Shift timings: 8 am - 5 pm
- 2 pm - 11 pm
- 11 pm - 8 am
Requirements
- Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work on-site.
- Language: Proficient in Norwegian.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: 16,800 / year (approx.)
- Language Premium Bonus: 235 per month.
- Meal Allowance: 7,63 per workday (net amount).
- Transportation Bonus: 720 annually.
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary.
- Total Monthly Salary: Approximately 1,400 + benefits.
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive Health and Life Insurance, including a Family Plan for spouse/legal partner and children.
Other Terms
- A two-month training agreement followed by a 1-year Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal, including:
- Relocation Bonus: 2,000 (gross), paid with the first payroll.
- Assistance with obtaining bureaucratic documentation (NIF and NISS).
- Help finding accommodations tailored to your needs.
