Organon Pharmaceuticals in Lisbon is seeking a Marketing Trainee Neurology for Northwest Europe (f/m/d). The role provides real-world marketing experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a chance to contribute to go-to-market strategy for a regional portfolio.

You will work with marketing colleagues to maximize the value of our neurology portfolio, supporting campaigns, content creation, and analytics while coordinating with sales teams.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled at or recently graduated from university.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in digital marketing or pharma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in creation, approval, and rollout of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients.
• End-to-End management of promotional materials.
• Support omnichannel marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate marketing activities with sales teams.
• Handle admin tasks and support project coordination.
• Lead mini-projects and contribute new ideas.
