Ivy Partners in Lisbon is seeking a NOC Engineer to monitor network services, identify incidents, and support infrastructure operations in a hybrid work setup.

You will perform troubleshooting, incident response, and documentation, collaborating with security and IT teams, leveraging tools like CrowdStrike Falcon and McAfee Endpoint/ePO to protect critical environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in NOC, network operations, or network/system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
• Experience monitoring and supporting critical business environments.
• Experience in incident management and resolution.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and endpoint protection.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, McAfee Endpoint/ePO or equivalent tools.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor the availability, performance, and stability of network services and infrastructure.
• Identify, analyze, and solve network incidents and anomalies.
• Perform troubleshooting for infrastructure, connectivity, and system issues.
• Execute initial incident response and ensure correct escalation to specialized teams.
• Support the administration and operation of corporate network environments.
• Manage and monitor tools for endpoint monitoring and protection.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and defined operational procedures.
• Document incidents, problem resolutions, and operational processes.

• You have experience in monitoring and supporting critical business environments.
• You are experienced in incident management and resolution.
• You have knowledge of infrastructure security and endpoint protection.
• Experience with solutions like CrowdStrike Falcon, McAfee Endpoint/ePO, or equivalent tools is valued.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, diagnostic, and structured problem-solving skills.
• You have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different technical teams.
• Willing to work in a hybrid set-up in Lisbon.
