Job summary

emagine Lisboa is seeking a hands-on F5 specialist to own vulnerability remediation and hardening of our load balancer environments. You will keep systems secure, current, and running smoothly while driving automation across F5 operations with Ansible and Terraform.

In this role, you will plan and execute structured upgrades, patches, and routine remediation, collaborating with global teams in an English-speaking environment and applying best practices to maintain robust, scalable load balancer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on F5 LTM experience.
• Vulnerability remediation and hardening experience.
• Automation of F5 operations with Ansible and/or Terraform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly vulnerability remediation and hardening of F5 load balancer environments
• Plan and execute vulnerability remediation and environment hardening through structured upgrades and patches
• Automate F5 operations using Ansible and/or Terraform, building on and extending existing code already in place

Requirements:

• Network-focused degree or equivalent professional certification
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with F5 LTM Load Balancing technology
• Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform automation
• Fluent English - this role operates in an English-speaking environment
