Job summary

Claranet limited seeks a Network Engineer for our TalentTeam to manage and optimize enterprise firewall platforms, configure CheckPoint environments, and support SSL VPN Connectra remote access solutions.

You will also administer Palo Alto firewall environments with Panorama and design LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures, while deploying and supporting Cisco/Huawei devices and Cisco controller-based wireless networks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CheckPoint technologies (SmartDashboard, Eventia, VSX, Provider-1)
• Deployment and administration of CheckPoint SSL VPN Connectra
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures
• Administrating Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA Center, and Huawei NCE-Campus platforms
• Routing protocols expertise, especially BGP
• Configuring and managing Cisco/Huawei routers and switches
• Enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco controllers
• Troubleshooting across networking and security domains
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and optimize firewall platforms for security and performance.
• Configure and support CheckPoint environments including SmartDashboard and VSX.
• Install and maintain Check Point SSL VPN Connectra remote access solutions.
• Administer Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.
• Design and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures.
• Manage network management platforms: Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA Center, Huawei NCE-Campus.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP routing.
• DeployCisco/Huawei routers and switches in campus environments.
• Implement and support wireless networking using Cisco controllers.
• Contribute to SD-WAN transformation projects.
• Support Unified Communications and Collaboration (CUCM, WebEx, Cisco Teams).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives.
