Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks a Sustainability Solutions Lead to provide end-to-end leadership for sustainability reporting and analytics across the group. You will drive alignment with Global Functions, Zones, SBUs, and Markets while orchestrating a global network of sustainability experts to deliver high-quality services.

• Strong understanding of sustainability KPIs, data structures, reporting systems, and complex data environments.
• Experience leading global programs or service lines in complex matrix organizations.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Sustainability Reporting & Analytics solutions across reporting, sourcing analytics, ratings and benchmarks.
• Translate Group Sustainability priorities into an actionable NBS roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Orchestrate a global network of sustainability specialists across NBS centers for high-quality, scalable service delivery.
• Strengthen the Sustainability operating model, governance, KPI visibility, and capability-building roadmap.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to enhance service maturity.

Position Summary

NBS is introducing a new global scope for Sustainability Reporting & Analytics, covering reporting, analytics, ratings and benchmarks, responsible sourcing, climate, and water-related services across Group, Zones, SBUs, and Markets. We are looking for a Sustainability Solutions Lead to provide end-to-end leadership for this service line, ensuring effective delivery, governance, optimization, and continuous evolution of sustainability solutions within NBS. The role will act as a senior strategic partner to Group Sustainability and drive alignment across Global Functions, Zones, SBUs, Markets, and NBS.

A day in the life of...

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sustainability Reporting & Analytics solutions across sustainability reporting, sourcing analytics, ratings and benchmarks, climate, and water domains.
• Translate Group Sustainability priorities into an actionable NBS roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Orchestrate a global network of sustainability specialists and analysts across NBS centers, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and scalable service delivery.
• Strengthen the Sustainability operating model, solution governance, KPI visibility, stakeholder alignment, and capability-building roadmap.
• Drive process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance service maturity and stakeholder experience.
• Lead governance and orchestration for external ratings and benchmarks, including priority indices such as CDP, MSCI, and Sustainalytics, under the guidance of Group Sustainability.

• Strong senior stakeholder management experience across functions, geographies, and organizational levels.
• Strong PMO, governance, prioritization, and roadmap orchestration capabilities.
• Ability to operate in transformation environments with complex governance structures.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
