NCI Academy in Oeiras, Portugal, seeks contractors to develop and update NATO Course Control Documents (CCDs) for designated courses, aligning with Bi-SC EITD 75-7. The contractor will prepare CCDs, Task Statements and Programme of Classes, and coordinate approvals with Section/Branch Heads and the QAG.

Applicants should hold a relevant BSc or equivalent with extensive CCD experience, strong English, and knowledge of NATO directives; NATO SECRET clearance is required from contract start.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Eng, CS/Software Eng/Math or related, 5 years post-qualification experience.
• An alternative qualification with 8+ years relevant experience is acceptable.
• Experience in Quality Management / Instructional Systems Design / Change Management in training environments.
• Experience with NATO Global Programming and Bi-SC Directive 75-007.
• Proven ability in developing and producing Course Control Documentation (CCD).
• Recent experience with requirements analysis, course design, CCDs.
• Strong professional English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of NATO Education and Training Directives.
• Ability to work in an international military/civilian environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development or update of Course CCDs for designated courses.
• Produce List of Task Statements and Programme of Classes.
• Coordinate CCD deliveries with Section/Branch Heads and QAG for review and acceptance.
