Evolution is seeking a Motion Designer to join our Product Design Department in Lisbon. You will create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI and gameplay, collaborating with an international team to deliver engaging visuals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in motion design or similar creative role.
• Bachelor's degree in animation or related to the design field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful motion graphics and animation work.
• Deep expertise in motion graphics and animation.
• Strong understanding of animation principles.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication in English (advanced level).

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI and gameplay.
• Produce visual interactive outcomes to improve visual feedback during game actions.
• Create animations with visual cues to guide the player's attention.
• Design cohesive animations aligned with games and brand identity.
• Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, managers, product owners, developers and analysts to define engaging games with visual storytelling.
• Prepare final assets and specifications for development and oversee implementation.
• Present concepts and animated visuals to stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment supporting fast-paced delivery cycles.
• Stay up to date on motion design trends and tools.
