Evolution Gaming Limited in Lisbon is seeking a Motion Designer to join the Product Design Department, on-site five days a week. You will create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance UI and gameplay, pushing boundaries through collaboration in an international team.

You will work with UI/UX designers, product owners, developers, and analysts to deliver visually engaging games, while mentoring and sharing visual storytelling across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in motion design or similar creative role.
• Bachelor's degree in animation or related field.
• Deep expertise in motion graphics and animation.
• Strong understanding of animation principles.
• Experience in agile environments with Jira.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations to enhance the UI of games.
• Produce visual interactions to improve feedback during game actions.
• Create animations with cues to guide player attention.
• Design cohesive visuals aligned with games and brand identity.
• Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming, and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, managers, developers, and analysts to define engaging games.
• Prepare final assets and specifications for development and oversee implementation.
• Present concepts and visuals to stakeholders.
• Support agile delivery cycles and stay current with motion design trends.
