The ideal candidate has solid skills in .NET and C#, and a strong understanding of mobile app deployment processes. Nmbrs is looking for a passionate Mobile Developer to help us deliver exceptional experiences to over 1.5 million employees worldwide through our innovative employee apps.
Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using .NET MAUI
Maintain and develop our .NET backend infrastructure
Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into seamless user experiences
Work in an agile environment where your ideas shape the product roadmap
Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex challenges

Experience in .NET or proven experience in mobile application development
Experience .NET MAUI or Xamarin expertise (is a plus)
Strong command of C# programming and SQL database management
Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
Demonstrated experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes (is valued)
Experience building mobile apps with strong user ratings and performance metrics
Unit testing methodologies and test‑driven development practices
Nice to Have:
REST API integration and OpenAPI specification implementation
Experience with CI/CD workflows
We offer a gross annual salary 36K to 49K including holiday allowance, depending on experience
