KCS IT in Braga is seeking an experienced MLOps Specialist to design, implement and operate ML infrastructure, deploy models to production and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Braga setup.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software/DevOps/MLOps or data engineering, with strong Python, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud expertise for scalable ML projects. Remote and onsite options are available, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering or related field
• Solid experience designing, implementing and maintaining MLOps and ML infrastructure
• Strong experience with Python and scripting
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML and software projects
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience deploying, monitoring and managing ML models in production
• Understanding of ML lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
• Experience with MLflow or similar platforms
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Good understanding of Git and version control
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability
• Understanding of data pipelines and data platform integration
• Strong software engineering practices, automation, maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fluency in English

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering or a related field;
• Solid experience designing, implementing and maintaining MLOps and machine learning infrastructure;
• Strong experience with Python and scripting;
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning and software projects;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments;
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration;
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure or GCP;
• Experience deploying, monitoring and managing machine learning models in production;
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, deployment, monitoring and retraining;
• Experience with MLflow or similar model lifecycle and experiment tracking platforms;
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform;
• Good understanding of Git and version control practices;
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability practices;
• Understanding of data pipelines and integration with data platforms;
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, automation and maintainable code;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Experience implementing model monitoring, drift detection and model performance monitoring;
