ADENTIS is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to maintain and evolve our ML platform supporting CRM and company operations. You will develop models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression tasks while building automated data pipelines and ML deployment workflows.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to leverage Azure Databricks, cloud infrastructure, and feature stores. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a hybrid in-office setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, DS, Eng or related field.
• Proven ML Engineer experience with CRM/platform solutions.
• Experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and ML.
• Proficient in Python, R, or Scala.
• Familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese work visa.
• Availability for in-office collaboration 1–2 times per week.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve ML Platform (Python, React, CosmosDB, Kafka, AKS) for CRM and platform contexts.
• Develop and implement ML models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, regression analysis.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
• Enhance platform monitoring aligned with DS team requirements for data quality.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to utilize data platforms for pipelines and feature stores.
• Advance MLOps with model and dataset versioning and experiment tracking.
• Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure for ML projects.
• Work with IT and DevOps to manage cloud resources and deployment environments.
