ADENTIS is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to maintain and evolve its ML platform and deliver data-driven CRM solutions. In a hybrid setup, you will work closely with IT and Data teams to build robust data pipelines and scalable ML models.

You will design models for retention, anomaly detection, and forecasting, while advancing MLOps, feature stores, and cloud-based processing with Azure Databricks. This role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven ML Engineer with CRM/platform experience.
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks and ML libraries.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve the ML platform using Python, React, CosmosDB, Kafka and AKS to meet CRM needs.
• Develop ML models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression analysis.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for model deployment.
• Improve monitoring to ensure data quality and model reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to leverage data platforms and feature stores.
• Advance MLOps with versioning, dataset tracking and experiment management.
• Utilize Azure Databricks for processing, training and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the Machine Learning Platform (Python, React, CosmosDB, Kafka, AKS) to support business needs in CRM and platform contexts.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, regression analysis, and other predictive analytics tasks.
• Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems and workflows.
• Enhance platform monitoring features in alignment with Data Science team requirements to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering (DE) and IT teams to identify and utilize data platforms that facilitate the development of data pipelines and feature stores.
• Advance the MLOps discipline to include model versioning (model registry), dataset versioning, and experiment tracking to support an experimentation environment.
• Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment, optimizing resources for efficient and cost-effective machine learning solutions.
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance infrastructure required for machine learning projects.
• Work closely with IT and DevOps teams to manage cloud resources and deployment environments.

You Must Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on CRM and platform-based solutions.
• Proficiency in developing machine learning models for retention use cases, anomaly detection, and regression analysis.
• Experience with pipeline automation, data flow monitoring, and hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and machine learning tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably within the Azure ecosystem, and programming languages like Python, R, or Scala.
• Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, with experience in CRM platforms and customer data analytics as an advantage.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency.
• Availability for in-office collaboration one or two times per week.
