Job summary

Olisipo in Lisbon is seeking an experienced .NET full-stack engineer to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using .NET and React/Next.js.

This role requires leadership, strong API and microservices experience, and collaboration with international teams; hybrid work with two days in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or technical equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in C# .NET development (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js (mandatory).
• Experience with DXP/CMS like Optimizely or Umbraco.
• Ability to guide teams and make architectural decisions.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and GitHub workflows/actions.
• Fluent English (B2+ level).
• Availability for hybrid work (2 days/week in Lisbon).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack apps using .NET and React/Next.js.
• Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Deliver content-driven solutions using Optimizely CMS or similar DXP.

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Next.js (mandatory);
• Solid experience with DXP/CMS platforms such as Optimizely or Umbraco;
• Proven technical leadership ability to guide teams, make architectural decisions, and communicate effectively;
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and microservices architecture;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (GitHub Workflows and Actions);
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher mandatory);
• Availability for a hybrid working model (2 days/week in the Lisbon office).
